Westminster.
William Botiller of Weryngton knight to Richard earl of Warrewyk. Recognisance for 200l., to be levied etc. of their lands and chattels in Salop.
Condition, that William Botiller and all others who were at Wrottesley co. Stafford this year, between whom and the earl's tenants of his manor of Patyncham and other tenants or servants of his arose debate and offence, and whose names he shall give in writing, shall abide the award of the earl concerning all strife, debate, offences and trespasses for which the earl is now suing a writ of oyer and terminer against John Staundyssh and others, and shall perform such award, and that the said William shall not by himself or by any other at his procurement meddle in the matter concerning any persons other than them whose names he shall so deliver, so that the earl's award be made in his presence upon reasonable warning.
