Thomas Bradefelde of Cambridgeshire and Thomas Bendysshe of Essex esquire to William Beauchamp of London, John Toly and Robert Twyer of London 'draper.' Recognisance for 40l., to be levied etc. in the counties aforesaid.
Robert Here citizen and draper of London to John Gilbert of Surrey, Margery Dynmoke widow and Peter Wymundham citizen and draper, both of London, their executors and assigns. Gift with warranty of all his goods and chattels moveable and immovable in the city of London and elsewhere in England, and all debts to him due. To the treasurer and the barons of the exchequer. Writ of supersedeas omnino in respect of any process against Henry Ilcombe, then escheator in Cornwall, by the late king appointed with others to make inquisition there concerning certain ships and vessels laded with goods and merchandise to no small value, which on their voyage were split upon the sands off the coast there and at the parts adjacent, and the goods cast ashore and to the late king pertaining as wreck of the sea, but order to proceed against others who did meddle therein; as the said Henry has made oath in chancery that that commission was not delivered to him.
