Joan who was wife of Richard Shuter to Henry Drewe, his heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of all messuages and lands in Blakhalle in the parish of 'Northehuwysshe.' Witnesses: Robert Hille of Shilston, Henry Fortescu, Andrew Hille esquires, John Shilston, John Shettecote. Dated Thursday after the Annunciation 11 Henry VI.

Letter of attorney, appointing them to enter all messuages and lands in Blakhalle in the parish of 'Northehuwysshe,' and to give seisin thereof to Henry Drewe, his heirs and assigns. Witnesses (as before). Dated Thursday after the Annunciation 11 Henry VI.
Memorandum of acknowledgment of the foregoing charter and writings at Lodeswille 3 October this year before the abbot of Bukfast, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the chancery file for this year.

John Bealknap, son and heir of Hamon Bealknap, to Dame Joan Dedham, late the wife of John Dedham knight, and John Feriby the elder of Creye St. Paulinus. Letter of attorney, appointing them his attorneys general to sue, collect, recover and receive rents, moneys and profits due for terms past and future of all his lands in St. Mary Creye, Creye St. Paulinus and elsewhere in Kent, to rule, survey, repair and demise the same to farm, sell woods and underwoods, receive the money and give acquittances, to prosecute, answer and defend in all causes and actions touching his person and lands, appoint and revoke attorneys etc. Dated 29 June 12 Henry VI.

To the sheriffs of the city of Lincoln for the time being. Order upon sight etc. to cause proclamation to be made of certain statutes and ordinances for ruling and punishment of buyers and purveyors of victuals within the realm, observance of measures and weights, prevention and punishment of routs and riots, prohibition of liveries of raiment, and justification of craftsmen, labourers, servants and victuallers, whereof for their greater peace and advantage the commons in the last parliament did instantly crave the publication, and the king is sending the same in form of patent.

Westminster.
John Arundell clerk to the king. Recognisance for 400l., to be levied etc. of his lands and chattels and church goods in Berkshire.
Condition that, whereas a dispute has arisen between John Arundell, warden of the king's free chapel and of the college of St. George within Wyndesore castle, and the canons thereof concerning divers moneys by him received which belong to him and the canons in right of the college, and divers jewels and ornaments of the college by him eloigned, as it is averred, he shall obey the decree of John bishop of Bath and Wells the chancellor concerning the premises, and shall fulfil the same.
Cancelled, forasmuch as the said dean (sic) has obeyed and fulfilled the said decree.
