To the bailiffs of the city of Canterbury for the time being. Order of the farm of the city to pay to the infirm people of Herebaudon hospital 20 marks a year and the arrears since the late king's death, according to the grant of King H[enry III] by letters patent of 18 February in the 23rd year of his reign, exemplified under the great seal of the late king, (fn. 1) granting them of the farm of the said city that yearly sum which they used to take at the exchequer.
