To the abbot and convent of Gloucestre. Nomination of John Kyngeslowe to receive the pension wherein the abbot by reason of his new creation is bound to one of the king's clerks. By p.s.
The king and Henry de Burton. Lease for two years from Candlemas next of all mines of gold and silver found or to be by him, found in Cornwall, Devonshire and Somerset, rendering at the exchequer the seventh penny of all profits and finding all costs and the fees of the king's controller, with proviso that if any great or right vein be found one moiety of the profit thereof shall remain to the king.
