Westminster.
To the men and tenants of Guldeford for the time being. Writ de intendendo in favour of Master William de Wynford, and order to pay him 10l. a year and the arrears since Michaelmas last; as in recompense for 10l. a year granted to him by the late king to be taken of certain lands, rents etc. in Dyddeworth, Clyware, Old Wyndesore, New Wyndesore and Bray co. Berkes which were of John Brokas knight, and were then in the said William's hands by the late king's grant, but are now recovered out of his hands by writ of formedon by Bernard Brokas knight son and heir of the said John, on 14 November last the king granted to the said William 10l. a year for life from Michaelmas last of the fee farm of the town of Guldeford.
