The manor of Hogsthorp was rented at 63l. 1s. 9d. in the Queen
Dowager's jointure. I value it at 820l. 2s. 9d. at 13 years' purchase.
The demesne lands have been surveyed at 171l. per an. and I value
them at 1026l. The manor of Barton was rented at 81l. 5s. 8d. in
the said Queen's jointure. At 13 years' purchase I value it at
1056l. 13s. 8d. The improved value of the ferry and some small
parcels of land is 30l. per an. which at six years' purchase is 180l.
The manor of Barrow is rented at 108l. 14s. 10d. which at 13 years'
purchase is 1413l. 12s. 10d. The improvement is valued at 140l.
per an. which is 624l. at six years' purchase. The manor of Gouxhill was rented at 29l. 13s. 10d. in the said Queen's jointure which
