Hamond's Estate.

L. 1a. AN Act to enable Edmond Hamond, and his Heirs Males, to sell certain Lands, to him devised by the last Will and Testament of Henry Hamond, Gentleman, deceased, for the Preferment of his Children, and Payment of his Debts.

Exporting Wool, &c.

L. 1a. An Act against the Exportation of Wool, Wool-fells, Mortlings, Shortlings, Yarn made of Wool, Wool-flocks, Fullers Earth, and Fulling Clay.

Bill read.

L. 1a. An Act for the better Explanation and Enlargeing of a former Act, made in the first Year of the Reign of King James, intituled, An Act.....

Fowkes', &c. Petitions.

A Petition, from Mr. Fowkes, read; and another, from Mr. Gilman.

These referred to the former Committee for Mr. Rolles, Mr. Chambers, and the Levant Company ; with Power, as for the former.

Charge against Withrington, &c.

Divers Particulars against Mr. Roger Withrington, exhibited by Mr. Ogle, read, subscribed by him ; and he, called in, avoweth them, and offereth to justify and prove them.

Upon the Question, Mr. Withrington to be sent for by the Serjeant at Arms, or his Deputy, to come to the House, to answer the said Accusation.

Upon Question, the Committee for Grievances, to sit weekly, upon Wednesday and Thursday; and that, for Trade, upon Friday; and to begin this Day.

Religion.

Upon Question, any Sub-committee, to be named by the grand Committee for Religion, to have Power to send for any Records, Persons, &c.

Bishop of Chichester.

Upon Question, the Officer required, from the House, to deliver to Mr. Jones, Copies of the Acts, and Proceedings, about the Confirmation of the Bishop of Chichester ; or for the Council to view the Proceedings. The Counsel to be heard therein upon Monday next. Nine Clock.
