Hamond's Estate.

L. 1a. AN Act to enable Edmond Hamond, and his Heirs Males, to sell certain Lands, to him devised by the last Will and Testament of Henry Hamond, Gentleman, deceased, for the Preferment of his Children, and Payment of his Debts.

Exporting Wool, &c.

L. 1a. An Act against the Exportation of Wool, Wool-fells, Mortlings, Shortlings, Yarn made of Wool, Wool-flocks, Fullers Earth, and Fulling Clay.

Charge against Withrington, &c.

Divers Particulars against Mr. Roger Withrington, exhibited by Mr. Ogle, read, subscribed by him ; and he, called in, avoweth them, and offereth to justify and prove them.

Upon the Question, Mr. Withrington to be sent for by the Serjeant at Arms, or his Deputy, to come to the House, to answer the said Accusation.

Upon Question, any Sub-committee, to be named by the grand Committee for Religion, to have Power to send for any Records, Persons, &c.

Bishop of Chichester.

Upon Question, the Officer required, from the House, to deliver to Mr. Jones, Copies of the Acts, and Proceedings, about the Confirmation of the Bishop of Chichester ; or for the Council to view the Proceedings. The Counsel to be heard therein upon Monday next. Nine Clock.
