Letters Patent.

HODIE 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for Confirmation of Letters Patents to be made upon Composition with the King's Majesty, His Heirs and Successors, for Seven Years.

And was referred to the same Committees that were named for the former Bill concerning Defective Titles (Vide 16 Februarii); and were appointed to meet upon Thursday next, 26 March, by Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, at the Council Chamber, at the Court at Whitehall.

Cardinal's Lands liable to Judgement in the Court of Whitehall.

The Bill, intituled, An Act to make the Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, of William Cardinall, deceased, liable to the Payment of Five Hundred Pounds, heretofore decreed in His Majesty's Court of Whitehall, with Costs and Damages, was this Day returned into the House, by the Earl of Shrewsburie, the first of the Committees, with certain Amendments, and a Proviso thought meet to be added.

Lands to All Souls College, and to Sir Wm. Smith.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for Confirmation of certain Lands to the Warden and College of The Souls of all Faithful People deceased, of Oxon, and of other Lands to Sir William Smith, Knight.

Manor and Prebend of Cutton.

The Amendments and Clause added by the Committees on the Bill, intituled, An Act to convert the Manor and Prebend of Cutton, in the County of Devon (being a Prebend sine Cura) to the Maintenance of a Preaching Minister, who shall also teach a Free Grammar School, were this Day Once read.
