Nugent versus Talbot.

Upon hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar, in the Cause upon the Petition of Sir Robert Nugent Baronet, and the Answer of Colonel Richard Talbott to the said Petition, being an Appeal from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery in the Kingdom of Ireland:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will take into Consideration what hath been offered on both Parts, in the said Cause, on Wednesday the Eleventh Day of January Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
