rent as Governor in Chief of Virginia; same to be satisfied out of
the 2s. per hogshead on tobacco exported from said colony; the
said Andros having petitioned the King shewing that the arrears
due to him upon accompt of his salary and otherwise as late Governor
of said Colony amount to 1487l. 6s. 3d.; on which petition William
