Rodney versus Stewkley.

Upon hearing the Counsel at the Bar, in the Cause between Sarah Rodney Widow, and Stewkley, formerly High Sheriff of Hampshire:

And the Question being put, "Whether this Cause shall stand dismissed this House, as to the said Sheriff?"

And it was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Earl of Strafford, Earl Bridgwater, and the Lord Craven, shall be added to the Committee of the Fens.

ORDERED, That the Lord Wharton be added to the Committee for Triers of Petitions.

ORDERED, That the Lord Craven be added to the Committee for the Protestants of Piedmont.

Bill to annex Dunkirk, &c.

ORDERED, That this Day Sevennight the House shall be adjourned into a Committee of the whole House, to take into Consideration the Bill concerning Dunkerke, &c.

Rodney versus Stewkley.

Upon hearing of Counsel, at the Bar, in the Cause of Sarah Rodney, the Relict of George Rodney Esquire, deceased, Plaintiff, and the Counsel of John Stewkley Esquire, late High Sheriff of the County of South'ton Defendant; and after a due Consideration of the Matter:

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That this Cause, as to the said John Stewkley late High Sheriff of South'ton, is hereby dismissed this House.

Adjourn.
